Candidate applications submitted via the Careers page are evaluated after which the initial shortlist of candidates are invited to submit their CVs and relevant documentation. Submitted documents are reviewed and interviews follow.
Initial and comprehensive background checks are carried out on successful candidates.
Candidates selected after the interview process are made an offer of employment.
Successful candidates are integrated into the firm. The integration process starts before resumption and continues over the course of the first year of hire.
