  • Let your sales rep know or reach out to us via loan@biznurture.com, and we can restructure the balance of your outstanding obligation till payment is made.

  • To access the Fempreneur loan, the business must be either solely owned by a woman or jointly owned with a female founder as the majority shareholder.

  • We believe there may be other products more suitable for consulting businesses but we are happy to review your cash flow to help you determine the right product suitable for your business.

  • Private Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers that are registered with reputable HMOs and have operated for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Pharmacies either owned by a registered pharmacist or have a resident pharmacist with professional qualifications and license to prescribe drugs. The Pharmacist (or resident pharmacist) must be duly registered with the Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria (PCN)

Usually, within 48 hours after all relevant loan documents have been executed and returned to BizNurture, and are satisfactory.

You should have been in business for at least 2 years.

We currently finance businesses in Port-Harcourt and Lagos only as such, your business must be in either of these locations.

The CAC documents required are as stated below:
Business name:
  • Certificate of Registration
  • Form C.O. 2 (Particulars of business owner(s))
Limited Liability Company:
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Form C.O. 2 (Allotment of shares)
  • Form C.O. 7 (Particulars of directors)
  • Memart

We would require a copy of your company’s bank statement for at least the past six (6) months.

We would need to see evidence of what the loan would be used for, such as a copy of the invoice to be discounted, the local purchase order, a pro forma invoice or any other applicable document.

  • If a Business Name, two 3rd parties must guarantee the business owner
  • If a Limited Liability Company, the MD must guarantee the loan, as well as at least one 3rd party.
  • Guarantors are required to submit their cheque leaves
  • Guarantors are required to submit their copy of NIN Slip
  • Guarantors are required to submit a copy of their ID card and a passport photograph.

  • A credit score is a number that rates your credit risk. Creditors use this score to determine whether to give you credit, decide the terms they offer, or the interest rate you pay.

  • You can request for another loan after repayment. We also know that SMEs may have several jobs running concurrently, so you may request for another loan even if you have a loan running with us.

  • The simple answer is yes. There is a repayment plan tied to each product. The loan type you pick determines the installments of your repayment.

  • Pushing your repayment date back would result in a penalty. If you have delays with receiving payment, please contact us via loan@biznurture.com, and we would be happy to look into it. If there is a valid reason for this. However, this will attract a restructuring fee.

  • Your financial obligations remain your responsibility. Please reach out to us via loan@biznurture.com, and we can reschedule your loan.

  • We encourage you to pay down once you have the funds. So, there are no pre-liquidation charges for paying on time.

  • Your interest is prorated when you pre-liquidate.

  • Yes, if there is a valid reason for this. However, this will attract a restructuring fee

  • You can make transfers/ deposits into BizNurture’s Bank account.
